On December 26, 2017 in order to check the APS employees’ preparedness for emergencies, a training evacuation from the building and fire-fighting training operations was carried out on the territory of «Avtopromsnab-spedition» LLC base.
Upon a fire alarm signal, the personnel and visitors left the building in an organized and coordinated manner, as the chiefs of the enterprise departments reported to the commander of the voluntary fire brigade.
By the brigade of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Minsk region for all participants of the evacuation was conducted a conversation about the actions in the fire occurrence, as well as instruction on the use of the fire extinguisher. The most active participants took the opportunity to test the fire extinguisher in practice.
The most spectacular part of the training was the extinguishment of a staged fire with the help of a fire engine. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Measures demonstrated all the possibilities of special equipment, including the operation of pneumatic scissors, hydrants and blowing agents.
Verification of staff' readiness for evacuation and fire extinguishing works was successful. All participants showed clarity of action and excellent organization.
