An interesting and uncommon task was waiting for our team this time: to transport customer trailers by APS trucks. The start point of transportation was Laval (France), the end point – Tashkent (Uzbekistan).
It was the first time we faced with such type of cargo, so we were carefully selecting the transport, taking into account client’s requests and features of the trailer.
APS staff was constantly in touch with the client, specifying the dimensions of the trailers and wheels, approving transportation documents as well as solving associated issues.
In result we chose Mercedes trucks with Schmitz semitrailers best suited for dimensions of the transported trailers among the variety of our fleet.
The advantageous location of our offices in Belarus (Minsk) and Russia (Tuchkovo) along the route provided additional control of vehicle reliability. During the transportation drivers could go to APS service stations, approving transportation documents as well as solving associated issues. 
Another feature of this transportation was an additional trailer insurance: from a legal perspective implemented project was a trailer overdriving. In view of it we had to use CASCO insurance services.
Thanks to this non-standard project, we have a successful experience in transporting trailers by APS trucks!
