141 certificates for transportation of perishable goods were given out at the meeting. It was the first carrier in Russia to have received such a large number of respective documents provided with them 100 % of the rolling stock.
“Today we presented the first large batch of certificates for transportation of perishable goods in Russia. From this moment on, their mass distribution begins. Rosautotrans has done a serious work to regulate this type of activity, and the first significant result has already been achieved,” commented CEO of Rosautotrans Alexey Dvoynykh.
The main goal of regulating the transportation of perishable goods is to observe the temperature regime and maintain quality. Currently, the issue of establishing administrative responsibility for the absence of a Russian-type ATP certificate is under consideration.
